had two cars in front of me just to drive through a car wash 45 mins never again.
Paid $26 for a car wash and left with dirt and bugs left all over my window, mirrors and grill. They sprayed the cleaner directly on my interior leaving spots staining my interior in several places
This place has gotten really bad. U could clearly see dirt all over the back side of my truck an when I asked the guy if he considered this a good wash job he said o yes. Very disappointing to pay all the money for a very pour job. I won’t be going back or recommending.
Customer service is great hard workers
Absolute crap!!! Bugs still on front end didn’t wipe down seats or vacuum it very well at all!! Will never step foot in here! Don’t wanna do your job then go work somewhere else!! Beyond upset�
Jay was so nice! Loved my free popcorn � and soda while we waited. Looking forward to getting my seats shampooed by Nathaniel! Had good conversation with a nice gentleman that just wanted to talk and get some change for a beer! Hey, at least he was honest! Overall, our experience was fantastic! Thumbs up!
For the most part they are ok depending on the guy who takes care of your car. I don't let the one they call manager touch my car because my car looks dirty on the inside when he is done and when i ask him to fix it he gives me attitude.
Took my brand new truck there for it's first car wash only to have them scratch the paint on it. Went back to complain about it. They took a report and said they'd call me in the next day or two after they review the video to see if they can figure out what happened. End of day on day two and haven't heard from them yet.
