Bait and Switch.... Poor customer service... Very slow service! First, the large sign at the store says ***** oil change," but when you get the bill they tack on *** for labor. They have a right to do so, but I really think the customer needs to be apprised of that prior to hiring their service. It's really not fair to have a large sign reading ******** then point to a little sign advertising the *** labor charge when the customer queries the extra cost. Our Regular Oil Change starts at ******* just like the large yellow sign states, and includes labor, as do all of our posted oil change prices.
