We had an infestation of carpenter ants and earwigs a couple of years ago. Since we have used Bugeaters Pest Control LLC, no ants and only a couple of earwigs have been sighted. In the past, we had Bugeaters Pest Control LLCs service for a year and then stopped. Within 6 months the bugs were back. We now have on-going service and we have not had problems since.
Contacted me right away and was very professional and knowledgeable. Nate answered all my questions and assured me I didn't have the problem I called for. He did not fix was wasn't broke. Very affordable and I will most definitely call him back for other pest control needs as warranted. Thank you.
Contacted me right away and explained their process and charges. Scheduled an appointment within two days. Was on-time for the appointment. The technician Nate was very friendly and courteous. He explained the process before and after. Also explained what to expect going forward, how to contact and how long the treatment lasts. Cost was less than originally quoted but still a bit pricey though comparable to other quotes I received.
