Nate called me literally five minutes after I sent my information to the Home Advisor website (on a Sunday). He was very professional and made an appointment for the next week. He met with my wife at the house to assess the situation, gave us what I felt was a fair quote range for what he needed to do, and he made an appointment to close the gaps the bats could have gotten into our attic through. He explained the process before and after. Also explained what to expect going forward, how to contact and how long the treatment lasts. Cost was less than originally quoted but still a bit pricey though comparable to other quotes I received.
