They are very knowledgeable about bats & very personable. They covered places Orkin did NOT cover. They cleaned up all the bat droppings. So far I haven't had one bat come into my bedroom at night. I am very happy with their work. If you have a critter problem, I'd highly recommend Bug Eater's over any other company.
