Been using Ryan for 2y. Have bed bugs, paid him forb3 treatments had to harass for 2nd treatment and now 3rd treatment due he wont respond. Paid for 3 services a week apart 2nd service was 2weeks later and it's the 3rd week and nothing. So disappointed going to take him to sue to get money back since I have to hire someone else.
Been using Ryan for the last year, now set up on his quarterly visit schedule, he does a fantastic job, thorough & trustworthy. Pest control is an ongoing battle & he’s quick to come out any time we need him (usually the next morning). We have a cat & dog and he’s very careful to keep them away from any toxic exposure. A++
Worst company Not professional, run by one man He had to come back 3 times and it didn't work
