Every time my boyfriend and I go we expect shitty service and that the waiter isn't going to wait on you. When we went last night our waiter came by the table telling us he was gonna get our bill for us.. then another half hour later he said that again. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn't at all. Probably will have to start getting our wings elsewhere from now on.

Service was horrible! I'm not sure if it was new staff or new cooks but half an hour wait for dinner then another half an hour wait for dessert is ridiculous! And our waiter maybe checked on us once! And to top if off before we left the food server was bringing someone else's food to our table! Absolutely horrible!

Very slow kitchen, cold fries. Good wait staff, but would consider going somewhere else before going back.

This place has ripped me off so many times. I should have known better than to spend my money on cold, tiny, barely any sauce wings. I ordered 2 ranch dipping sauces and a blue cheese on the side with my to-go order and I never got them. Takes them forever to make your food. The place is extremely dysfunctional and messy. I came in an hour after you guys opened in the morning and the floor was sticky! It's a shame that I could get a bag of better frozen wings at the Safeway across the street.
