Absolutely awful food! Not only cold when we were served but all the food taste like cardboard! There was no point in saying anything because our waitress didn't care for much!
I dont why I keep giving them a chance but the last 4 times I've placed an order for takeout I get home and they've managed to screw up the order. Last night I ordered 20 traditional wings, get home and I received 5 traditional and 15 boneless. Flavors were correct and thats all the wife checked when she picked it up. I think I'm officially done with BWWs, they're getting more expensive and can't get a order right.
RecommendedI always enjoy eating here!!! I’ll always recommend it and still eat here but... Sadly this is my first experience where I’m not so happy. I ordered food through food dudes, a Buffalo Mac and cheese and side salad. The Buffalo isn’t on the chicken and I never received a ranch with my salad. Pregnant lady not so happy today.
Lots on the menu looked so good, it was hard to decide what to order! I had the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it was delicious. Our waitress was really great with serving us in a timely manner and checking on us. The drinks are tasty too!
Great food and a fabulously friendly staff
We have ordered from them twice for pickup at the door during the Coronavirus pandemic and they have been excellent at having an easily accessed menu and having the food ready for pickup both times. They are taking great precautions while still managing to do a fantastic job at serving their customers. I'm very impressed with their staff during this difficult time.
