S...L...O...W... Waitress was friendly but this was possibly the slowest service I've ever had. Hope you have nowhere to be any time soon if you pick this restaurant.
I had potato wedges with chicken tenders and they were delicious. I will definitely go there again!
We had the guest room reserved so it wasn't like they didn't know we were coming. After a hour and 1/2 4 members of our party did not receive their food including the guest of honor. All meals were comp however waitress blamed cooks and manager blamed waitress. Unnecessary. Just say sorry and thank you for your service and choosing BDubs.
So disappointing. I seriously entertained the thought of walking out on the bill. I did enjoy the beer and time with my company, but the food is horrible and not worth leaving home for. Dont eat there.
Service was over the top, my order was taken promptly and when it arrived I erroneously believed I had the wrong order because these were drumsticks large... they simply have the best wings and onion rings around. On a previous visit I left before I could get seated, it wasn't busy but after 7-8 minutes I just left, this after I requested from waitress to be seated, it was slow... tables everywhere. Food was cold. Service was slow. My drink was very expensive.
It's a 20 minute wait, yet I counted 9 open tables
Not sure what our waitresses name was tonight but she was incredible! Had new cooks, quite a few people in there and she was running her ass off making sure everyone was satisfied and had what they needed. Very impressed! Thank you very much!!
