RecommendedThe bartender (Kendall?) tonight was awesome. Too bad the old drunk when we nearly left was rude and should have been knocked out. This guy did the right thing by not serving these drunk guys. Will be back for sure!!

This is the second time that we order from this location and they are quick to charge my card but both times they either don't have the order or they have things missing. The first time we ordered over the phone, second online. If they are not able to handle orders in other ways other than going into the physical restaurant, then do not offer other ways of ordering! Used to love BWW, but the declining quality is not worth the frustration over their ordering systems.
90% of the time I order my food it is wrong. They don't check the orders before they give them out. I have easily had 20 wrong orders in the last two years. You all need to work on getting your orders right. I understand things happen but 20 times is ridiculous.I try not to complain but im getting pretty tired or it and I'm looking at not getting any more food from this location. I used to be a general manager of multiple restaurants. Apologies are ok but getting it right the next time is all I want.
