Literally sitting here with a waitress who let us sit for 15 mins before ordering gave us hot wings and no drink refills with a burning mouth. She was very clearly too busy to heck on any of her tables without running by them like she didn’t have the time. We come here every weekend and get great service but whoever this girl is needs a serious check.

We checked in and were told 15 mins. After 20 we came back. We were waiting patiently. The hostess came to tell us that after we came in a bunch of people came in and now it would be 45 mins. It's completely ridiculous. I guess this is how families are treated at Buffalo Wild Wings in PCB?
