Called ahead to reserve and they didn’t acknowledge the reservation. Waited 30 mins for drinks. Waited an additional hour for our dish. Had one waitress waiting on 12 people that needs to wash her hair and learn how to speak to customers nicely. There was a staff there to feed an army but most of them stood around. Also, how tf do you mess a plain wing order? LMAO
Not impressed with the service or the management. Luckily, we paid for our drinks and left. This place missed out on our party of 9, and our tips.

this company doesnt know how to hire good management. they dont care about guest or employees no matter the cost to the store. it is truly sad how fast this store is going down hill
service sucked had to wait forever for a drink while we watched bartender talking instead of doing her job. food was not all that good either. and for the price I wasn't happy at all. probably won't go back there il go somewhere else
we have been sitting here for an hour before our appetizer of fried pickles came out old and soggy still waiting on food to come out we have been here an hour and a half
they screwed up and missed part of the order and looked me dead in the eye and lied to me about it.
