Yesterday a group of about 30 of us went to the store on Dirksen in Springfield, IL. Our waitress was named Marissa and she was absolutely outstanding!!! Never in all the years I have gone out to eat ANYWHERE have I ever had such great service as what she provided for us. She went above and beyond her job!! She interacted with the children and all of our guests, made sure everything was right, had a beautiful voice when singing happy birthday and not to mention she never wrote down a single thing when taking ALL of our order... read more

The service.was great and the food was amazing...the waitress was very attentive and personable
Aaron provided excellent service. And we had the best wings we have ever had at a BWW.
I had the new sampler. The boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were good but the onion rings were cold and the nachos were bad!
Husband decided he wanted bww for dinner...our server Marisa was amazing and had the best attitude...she was singing and dancing and had the whole place happy!
