I like the one on the west end much better. Our order last night was all kinds of messed up and out waiter was like a scared kid. Pleasant enough, but they could do much better.
Reconstruction just started at west location, guess we'll wait til they are back open 😔😔
My daughter gets wings to go from here at least once a week. Tonight as she tried to pay with her debit card it declined, not sure why, but the manager tried to help the young man with the register and it just wasn't going through. So the manager paid for her meal! I'm in awe! Always a great experience! To the manager working tonight, Thank You! We will be paying it forward, and figuring out what is going on with her debit card lol
My family and I just went there and the service was terrible! When we first sat down we weren't waited on for 15 minutes at least. The waiter got my drink completely wrong. & the worst part of all after asking for the ticket we waited for 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE GOT IT!! We even asked several different people about our ticket because our waiter was no where to be found after asking him for it. It was not busy at all either!! We will not be returning to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings again.
