The Staff and Manager of this restaurant were rude and disrespectful to a table of 7 Military Members. 6 Soldiers were at a table and their Sergeant **7th person** joined them to be told he could not sit there as Company policy allows only 6 at a table. There were words exchanged and the Service Members left to avoid further disrespect and ill-treatment from the Staff.

My husband and I had a horrible experience at this location on 9/4. After failed attempts to reach out to someone at the store, I went to the website and filled out a form about our recent visit. Our food on Friday was incredibly disappointing, and I was repeatedly placed on hold and hung up on when I tried to reach out to the store.

They have big advertising that it’s says 10 pieces of boneless wings and French fries $9.99 !!! and My husband called them to order And he said we don’t want any side with it and I paid $13. I call them to ask why I paid $13 without side, and they said You have to order with french fries To get the deal! So with the French fries is $9.99. But without French fries is $12.94. what a deal!!!! I said what should I do to get the deal then, she said You have to let us know that You want the deal! Oh okay!!!!!!

Placed my order at 5:15 to pick up at 6:15. It's now 6:45 and I'm still waiting for it! This is ridiculous! If it wasn't already paid for I would have left.
Ordered 15 wings and asked for extra ranch. Y’all really sent me three containers not even half full. 👍🏻 🤦🏼♂️ what a joke. Lol
For the third time in a row, Buffalo Wild Wings has messed up our order. We get it, mistakes happen, but when it’s the SAME type of mistake every time and they don’t take any ownership of it, it’s unacceptable. For future reference, if you are thinking about ordering BWW on Dirksen through Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. don’t. This location use to be great but now I’m not sure what happened. The last three times I’ve ordered something has been wrong. I ordered lastnight and once again it was wrong. Very disappointed. Will be using the other location or going elsewhere in town where food quality and correct orders are important to them.
We usually have great experiences at this location, but we ordered delivery for the first time yesterday afternoon and were pretty disappointed by what we received. Kid's boneless hadn't been sauced at all, the ordered drink didn't arrive, and the other order of boneless wings had hardly any sauce on them at all, they were more plain than sauced.
