Trevor needs a raise. He is great and always makes me smile after a long/rough day. He is always personable and friendly and I have never had a bad experience. Shout out to Trevor for making my day yet again.
The service sucks the place is always trashed food is always on the floor would rather eat at home
Overall it was pretty good but the communication between server to guest could have been better.
We had the worst experience and will never go back. Took over 2 hours to get our food and drinks! They skipped over my name and made an excuse that someone took my name off the list.. I watched the lady the whole time and she was the only person who was sitting people! Heads up, there's and Old Chicago right down the street and hopefully the Grant Street location takes this serious and make it right!
Well me and my boyfriend and his mom went for the Ronda Rousey fight and I was amazed. Our server Kody was kind and he frequently asked how we were doing and the food was amazing. Over all great experience. Keep up the good work guys
Service was not good. They messed up my husband dinner. Then a waiter cut right in front of me with my grandbaby in my arms.
So much for "extra sauce" on my wings. These might as well be plain. Last time we order from here.
Worst experience ever. Will never be back to that specific BWW.
It took forever to get our food and it was cold. The air conditioner was full blast and we froze. We did ask to turn on some heat but it never happened. I can see air during the day but not at night.
