If i could give them zero stars I would. The food was terrible and the server was horrible. My order was wrong and so was everyone else at the table. She also said they don't serve coffee, which they do it is on the menu. My husband ordered 10 minutes after the rest of the table and got his food 10 minutes before everyone else. When I asked the response was "Well his order went in as a single order soit comes out first". That doesn't even make sense. NEVER again.

Placed my order online for pickup (30 min before ready) go to get my order after 45 minutes of placing it, still not ready! Was told their system wasn't placing my order to be filled... but it was there for me to pay no problem (go figure)!!! Something is always wrong with this location never having things when promised or correctly the first time. Don't get me wrong it's a BWW, food is good but always an excuse for issues that shouldn't be happening at this location :(
We were seated and served without delays. My Pepsi never was empty nor my husband's tea. Our food came out quickly. No issues from us.
Horrid service! A waste of my time! It was my daughter's birthday and she didn't order a dessert because of how long it took to get boneless wings without ranch drsg...40 mins for the wings and 15 to get the ranch dressing after the wings came. Pathetic!
After asking 3 servers for silverware, I had to go to the kitchen and get it myself. Cold wings and abhorrent service.
The wiat was 30 minutes and the foood took 1 houes to get there
very poor service. staff had to go get manager from his car.
Now i understand the bad ratings. Tonight was a joke. I know its UFC night, that's why I came. 5 open seats in the patio. I sit down and get told there is a wait list. I ask the hostess if people are waiting why aren't they seating those tables. That is at least 20 spots. She can't answer my question. It wasn't til a manager overheard me that they start seating those tables. Well then the manager sits a group of 2 ahead of people who have been waiting 30+ minutes longer than them.
