Service took too long, and their food is not worth the price.
This place is overpriced.....period! Mixed drinks suck so they con you into buying a shot for that drink when they should have put alcohol in it in the first place. Bullshit!
I went into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Thornton, CO and received the worst customer service ever! I went in with my daughter, my son, and my husband and stood in front of the hostess for almost 10 minutes and we didn’t even acknowledge me! He was more concerned about the other family that was sitting there! I not be returning to that location! When I called to speak to the manager I was told to wait and then hung up on! Unfortunately they lost customers and I will be letting everyone know!
Amazing people!!! my order wasn’t going thru online so I had to come to the store to place it and the girls that helped me out were so nice and courteous so patient as well and even got a discount for my order due to the trouble which had nothing to do with any of the workers but still ended up getting my order right and doubled checked before I even left the store great crew!
We went here yesterday afternoon right at 11am. The only people who were in the restraunt was the party we were with. It took 45mins just to get our food, the hamburger my husband ordered was burnt. My wings and fries were stale and cold as if they were sitting forever. I know there was alot of us but they had 4 different waitresses handling our tables, and for the food to not be good there shouldn't be any excuse WHEN WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTRAUNT! Big Waste of 34$.
We were seated in the dining room after being asked to wait about 5 minutes, when we were seated we noticed there were a lot of empty tables. We then waited another 10 minutes for a wait person, 2 other tables were seated and attended to after us, hubby went to get manager who apologized and seated us in "a better waitresses section" had great service from her, the manager comped our basket of chips and took an additional $5 off.
Went on a Saturday lunch hour- not very busy but we waited for 45 minutes for our order and then my burger was dry and overdone.
Food came out great. Service from the minute we stepped in was terrible. The girl that welcomed us was not very welcoming and didn't look like she wanted to attend us then gave us a table that looked like it hadn't been clean. She seemed to be ok with that. Our waitress was fantastic. Still had fun eating with family and food tasted par.
We sat down and waited for over 25 minutes without even getting acknowledged..we get up to leave just to see every server at the front just talking . .. I come here all the time... but this will be the last time ...
