Loved the remodel, feels roomier. The staff (Lisa) was top top as usual! Keep up threat work.
To the horrible wait staff that treated my family like we didn't matter, you are completely rude. I have never had such horrible service. Ever. I work in the service industry and the way we were treated tonight is completely unacceptable! !
It may be good for sit down service, but their phone skills and lack of service even answering the phone is very poor. Just on that alone we'll probably never visit the establishment.
The cheese curd burger is my favorite I always ordered recently and I'll be back for more.
Sat for 20 min with my family. No SerVice..went to the bar to get our own drinks. NO one brought a menu. Got our own. No one asked can I take your order. We just needed to take our own order. I have been in customer service for 20 years. This is unexceptable. Guess we will take our business else where. Dont get mad when you dont get a tip. Is there a way I can get a hold of Corporate office?
Unfortunately this place has gone down in service, it's more than an hour to get your food and that's before it gets busy! Management needs to fix the problem to keep us regular customers!!
Went in this evening for dinner around 5pm and waited over 30 minutes for our food. Everyone around us came in after and got their food before us. wings and a salad is all we ordered. Horrible service!! Never going back again!!! We have been going to bw for over 20 years!
How can the regional manager justify not allowing someone to order extra crispy??? I will never eat at Bw's again! It's common sense that when you order extra crispy you have to wait longer sooo for the ones who haven't ordered extra crispy their orders go in first problem solved! The management at this store is atrocious... the head manager, Gina, actually encourages violence in the workplace among the young people who work there. Please caution your young adults about seeking employment here. Promoting violence in any work place environment is something that should not be tolerated. It makes one wonder how this woman became the head manager??
