I have come here before a long time ago and I have friends who go here. We've all seen Leesa Belus and its always been good. Today I go in and I got a different person...a nurse practioner. Wow...from the first moment she came in she was brazen and short and condescending. I kept asking questions because I wanted to be completely informed and make sure I understood my options. She was being very vague and it appeared to me that she had no idea what she was talking about. All she could say was she couldn't answer my questions... read more
We are on a Rv trip and the staff saved our trip. Very knowledgeable kind and professional. A jewel of an urgent care. Buffalo is lucky to have this excellent facility!
