Once again they mischeduled my mother's appointment. And last time I watched a gentleman in the waiting room have the same issue. The appointment card says 11am, and we show up at 10:45, and are told it was actually at 10am. I produced the appointment card as proof. I was asked to reschedule. This is unreasonable for an elderly lady who has difficulty walking. This place is ridiculous. They deserve no stars and the office is gross.

I gave this place a five star review because they are very helpful and very welcoming. The staff there are very nice and welcoming. They do not judge and they are very helpful in every way. I could spend all day there and talk to them. The location is also great, as i have limited transportation, i can easily walk or drive there.
