I don’t recommend trying to make an appointment for anything. I went in for a consult about a part and then booked an oil change (so I was told), then I arrive the day of the appointment and was told “I had no appointment”. The man who made my appointment saw and said nothing. So I took my business to Hamilton and my original dealer of Savoie. They don’t treat me like a liar and got their customer service skills down. However, when I was in an accident, they did do an amazing job on my repair and that was a LOT of work.
