Just had to take my daughter's Equinox there for repair. The body shop did an EXCELLENT job of getting her car back to brand new! A big shout out to Vincent for handling everything with respect and kindness. And what impacted me the most, was when we walked into the office and told them my daughter had gotten into an accident, the FIRST thing they asked was if she was alright. This is why my Dad came to Buff Whelan, this is why I come here, and it's why my daughter will come back. Honesty and a general care for the customer.

Legit, no reason to go anywhere else, the salesmen and the finance manager were transparent, professional I actually bought the car in the spot! The car was actually better then the pictures, and in amazing shape. Their customer service and fine attention to detail and how to treat people is worth driving an extra hour - I’m a lifer for sure....
I I highly recommend this place. I just picked up my second vehicle from this dealership. They are wonderful. They give you fair and honest information about the vehicles along with what they can and can’t do. I have been to other dealerships where it feels like they are trying to trick you and they do not do that here. I know my next one will come from here too!
