Our salesman was great,very professional and answered any questions we had without a problem. He made the process as fast and simple as possible and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. There was a small barely noticeable stone chip in windshield we mentioned to him and a few days after our purchase he had a contractor at my wife's work and replaced thevwondshield with a brand new one. Where do I start? First time Chevrolet buyer and will be the last.bought a 2014 Silverado 9 months ago. Took to the dealer for paint peeling on doors . Found out they had issues with this year of vehicle out of Fort Wayne Assembly with my VIN number. Being that I am over 36000 on my miles they said not covered. How do you purchase a truck for 28000 and own it for 10 months and the dealer says not their problem... Get the lead out and go retrieve my son and the loaner you gave him which broke down this morning. You've had his car for a week. He worked all night and would like to get home. How hard is it to send someone to at least pick him up so he can get his car and go home? Then you can take your sweet time about getting your loaner towed back to your shop. Lousy way to treat a customer.

I loved the Used Car Salesman and Mgr. I’ve referred friends to you. I bought an extended Service Contract. Now my vehicle sits in your shop as we speak. I got told my part was not covered. This I understand although I was told the extended service contract was equivalent to a Chrysler Max Care which covers all electrical and mechanical issues.
