I was planning on going here in the next couple of weeks to look at a new truck until my family member received harassment from one of your employees named Rachel Edgington. Absolutely disgusting that you allow people likes this to work here. I will be making sure word gets around and that no one comes here anymore for vehicle or services.
Just picked up my new Blazer today and they were great!! My salesperson, Sue Chio was awesome. She took the time to sit with me in my new blazer and show me around! She even took the time to walk me through their new beautiful service area and introduced me to one of the customer service reps who was also very friendly. Definitely made me feel important! Every time I go in there people are hanging out like they’re at a party and it’s a complete disaster. This last visit, my fiancé went in to get the oil changed they were extremely rude when he requested a traverse for the rental, it’s a request you don’t have to be rude. Then they call every time we get an oil change trying to tell us we need to pay for new tires on our lease. Scheduled an appointment to look at a new SUV and was not only ‘shooed’ away from the representatives desk, but it wasn’t until my husband came through the door that we were acknowledged. I had an outstanding conversation with the Sales manager who was trying his best to keep me in the store to gain my business when he found out it was me who was buying a new vehicle but regardless, I now drive a Lincoln and love it.
