We had another wonderful experience at Buerkle Hyundai! We bought our 1st Sonata there back in 2008 and just upgraded to the 2016 Sonata today! Our salesman was cheerful, the finance manager was knowledgeable and service crew were all friendly :) We'll be back when we upgrade again in the future!

I returned my leased car and was charged over $1000 for wear and tear. When I sent a letter through my lawyer asking for an explanation, I was ignored and my account sent to a collector. Turns out the 'wear and tear' was wheels - a clear overcharge. I am so frustrated, unbelievably poor communication. So glad I switched to a different company for my lease.
Do NOT, repeat do not buy a car from Buerkle Hyundai. We've had the car only 3 weeks, reported brake problems BEFORE the car was purchased. It is a pushbutton start that will only start when the brake pedal is pushed, pedal went all the way to the floor so. car wouldn't start. They have no idea what is wrong with this car, nothing is wrong with it. If Hyundai mechanics don't know what is wrong with it, who does? BS, I say!
