I just bought my Hyundai in January, love it. Today was my first service for oil change and a recall fix. Excellent service.
Need staffing to close deal and finance. Two hours plus between our buy decision and stepping into finance office. Limited regret for these delays. "Our margins are slim... can't staff." Everything prior to that was great.
The person who showed me vehicles and talked about discounts etc... made me feel very uncomfortable especially when taking cars for test drives and they seem to not to know much about cars
I have been servicing my car at Buerkle for 6 years and I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else! The people are great and the work is done in a timely manner. I have had Ben Endres as my service advisor and he is always kind, respectful and takes the time to explain things to me. It's so nice to be greeted with his friendly smile!
Well I have nothing bad to say I have always had a pleasant experience with all the workers I always get my oil changes and anything my car has done on it here great customer service keep up the good work BUERKLE HYUANDAI ...
I can't say enough good things about Buerkle Hyundai/Honda collision center. They did an excellent job repairing the damage incurred during my Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed.) accident (rear ended). My vehicle looks like it was driven fresh off the showroom floor. Courteous and great service!
