I was there for a recall. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I especially liked the man that brought my car to me. He was very sweet and explained what my car needed to have done in the future.
I had a "Fall Tune-Up Special" done on Thursday morning and on Friday morning, my check engine light came on. They charged me almost $200 to fix this. Initially, I had a pretty good experience in the sales/finance department when I bought the car 2 years ago and the guy who drives the complimentary shuttle was very nice. Revised Winter 2018: These guys took care of my car with an oil change and changed up some filters very quickly with no issues that I can notice. Went from 1 star to 3.
This dealership is amazing. They listen in the servive dept. if you have issues, never argue. Appointments are always on time start to finish. Sales personnel are awsome, no pressure to buy.I have purchased 3 vehicles at this location
Oil change and tire rotation. In and out in under an hour. Never have had any complaints here. Always super friendly and helpful.
I was very dissatisfied with Inver Grove Hyundai, Buerkle, on the other hand, welcomed me with open arms, picked up my Genesis and did everything well. They are now my dealer of choice...excellent service! Milt Klohn
The collision dept is the worse. Whatever happened to customer being right. They tried to humiliate me because I'm a woman. Will never buy another vehicle from them. They lost my business....
