We have ben getting the run around for a month. The delivery was botched as it fell off the truck onto the street (not bueno spa's fault), *however*, we have paid in full and have neither received a refund nor a replacement. We have called and emailed many times since the first day of the event, where we were told reassuring information that we'd have a shipment email the next day, a replacement, ect. and then as the days progress- nothing. We have had some problems with the control module in our Jersey model Buenospa. I called Customer Service and was helped by Victor Ruiz. He did a great job! He answered our questions and we replaced the controller. If you have a problem and call Customer Service, ask for Victor!
Our buying experience with Bill W. Was probably the best customer service I’ve had in a while. It’s refreshing to see that, unfortunately it’s not as common as it used to be! Great price, great product, timely delivery!
My hot tub is on the way but I am very pleased with Tina who is a direct sales lady with Bueno Spas! She is very knowledgeable and always there to answer your questions
Ordered a replacement cover, that was IN-STOCK, and it STILL hasn't come 3+ weeks later!!! I called them and they said it was on back order and should be delivered this week. Yeah, OKAY! Way to be proactive and let me know/have some inventory control!!!!!
