would give zero stars if possible. i bought a Bueno Spa(Wellis) Jersey model. All was good for 18 months then it started leaking. Customer service says it's out of parts & labor warranty. They asked me to have a hot tub service person take a look at it. He confirmed the leak but could not find the source. He said that he would have to jack up the tub and start cutting out the shell bottom to find the source of the leak. I already paid $300 for him to look at it.
