It's perfectly fine for the price. The staff is friendly and courteous . There is a nice lake in the back of the building.
I am from NJ. My daughter and her boyfriend live here in FL. My daughter was sick and in the hospital. My son and I left at10am. I placed the Maid Service Requested sign on the door when we left. We return at 4pm and my room Was Not Cleaned. I went to front desk. After waiting for 15 to 20 mintues in the lobby, I turn around to see 3 men outside smoking cigarettes. Horrible Shower didn’t work right. Water wouldn’t go down in the tub. TV didn’t work right. Plugins not close to the beds.
I stay there every time I am in Sanford. I try to get them same room. I love it.
It was nice clean quiet not too far from Airport and very economical friendly desk staff IHop next door and Kers Winghouse within walking distance
