very dirty, floor felt wet and looked like it's never been cleaned, our white socks turned black from how dirty it was, smelled horrible, very old spring mattresses, cigarette burns on the blankets and sheets, peoples initials on walls, old stained up outdated furniture, very noisy young girls ran up and down balcony all night banging on doors, someone setting off firecrackers until 2am, trash piled up in trash cans on all floors by stairs. very sad experience got off the airplane went to look at the pool was met outside by two thugs looking men saying that they were the management that the school was closed while obviously the pool was closed I was just looking at it to see 4 to the next day and he told me that the pool was permanently closed cuz it every modeling I was not told this on my reservation very unhappy with the service and the people dealing with the customers

We were highly highly disappointed with this motel. We heard it was under new ownership so we were willing to try it out. They state they are smoke free, Yet our room smelled like an ash tray, as well as had cigarette burns on the furniture. The carpet was atrocious, dark brown and visibly soiled, while we could see under the bed was a totally different color as it was clean. If I could give a 0, I would. I could go on and on about the piss poor customer service skills, but that’s not the most important thing here. When we finally got to our room, the door was wide open (outside motel style) and all of the lights were unplugged. The door didn’t seal properly and the “deadbolt” was a weak attempt. When we were able to get the lights on, we pulled back the bed to find all sorts of goodies waiting for us. Stains, foreign objects, smells, etc. That was the final straw. We arrived at night. And this was last minute reservation. I was surprised that it had a lake. Being its 2 star hotel. The pool was clean. Housekeeping was on point. The rates for stay was Awesome!!!!!!. I recommend it. You find that the Uber fees from Airport is less than you would think. And if you are able too walk. A Buffet, Wal-Mart, Aldi grocery and not mention a Dollar Tree is in walking distance. So check them out when you are in the Orlando/ Sanford area.
