They were very friendly and professional. They were very helpful with advice and ideas and installed all of the window treatments. There was a mistake at one point and they were very quick to respond and fix the problem. Great company! It went great! I would use them again.
We shopped several local blinds vendors. Patrick did a great job of being able to handle everything himself. In one visit, he could show us his product, measure the job, and help strategist a great solution. Other vendors had separate sales people who would defer questions/details to others. We are very happy with our purchase and his attention to detail. We would recommend him without hesitation.
I was tired of the same old vertical blinds on my patio door and wanted something different. I called in several blinds consultants who wasted my time with un-organized presentations and no suggestions. I called Budget Blinds and they came to the rescue. Pat showed up the next day with all his samples, we went over many options. I ended up purchasing wood horizontal blinds for my patio door giving it that shutter look.
