We had an excellent experience. Patrick was on time for the appointment and was very helpful in making recommendations on products, and did not try to sell us more than what we needed. The estimated lead time was right on target, and the installation went very smoothly. Kevin, the installer, was neat, polite and friendly. They even re-hung another valance for us at no charge.
I used Budget Blinds in Grayslake to install faux wood blinds for 12 windows and vertical blinds for the sliding glass door and they did a wonderful job. I called and made an appointment for a free consultation. Patrick arrived promptly and provided some samples and made some suggestions.
