Kevin arrived, installed blinds on two windows and also readjusted previous installed blinds which were removed by the painter. Did a very satisfactory job in little time. Very willing to accommodate and polite.
After several weeks of shopping, suggestions from decorators, and a visit from an interior decorator I was not happy with the money this venture was going to cost. As a final effort after I found an ad for Budget Blinds I called Budget Blinds of Grayslake. Patrick was prompt, very knowledgeable and confident in his work, company and his suggestions because of his years of experience. His price was well within the range of the big box stores and I had an actual person to deal with. Not a 1-800 number. That is big with me.

We ordered custom wood shutters for an interior installation. The delivery/Installation date was as promised. Our shutters were delivered, excellent quality, good color match. The Installation was done in a professional manor. Crew very respectful of home and cleaned up after installation process. Very happy with over all experience. This was the second time I have ordered custom products from this company and have been very pleased with the products ordered.
Patrick did an excellent job of measuring and explaining exactly how the shutters would fit into my windows. Previously, I had received a quote from another contractor who had failed to provide me with all of the necessary information. If I had purchased from the other contractor, I might have had problems with the shutters fading from the sun and possibly buckling after a couple of years.
