These people are crooks. They take advantage of elderly people. Why would you sell a truck to the nicest guy you'd meet that is put together by zip ties? You are so lucky that he wasn't killed when he took a trip out of town. We will be filing a formal complaint. This business and it's practices are absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!!

Took my jeep in for factory recalls. They told us half a day. Not only did it take 2 FULL DAYS, not all was done that we were told. They were supposed to replace the hitch due to danger during a collision. But instead they "inspected it" and said it passed. Ok whatever, if that makes you feel better. It does not however make us feel SAFE. They did, however, do the other 2 recalls. If I don't feel safe in a vehicle, I won't keep it, and I won't ever get one again! The service from Bill Gibson at Bud Clary was second to none (texting me at 5am when I had an issue and 10pm when I had questions). This is a first class dealership that deserves your business.

The worst service ever! I was quoted 300% less than it really cost, exact same work too. Quoted $65.85 but they wanted $600+. How do you quote that far off!? If they cannot quote properly how do I know the proper or correct work is getting done? I wrote a review (they asked for by email) on their site but magically it is not, nor was it ever posted. THE WORST DEALERSHIP ever. Looking for another truck & that'd be the last place in hell I'd go to if that's how service is ran.

For advertising themselves as having a "child friendly" waiting area, I was quite disappointed when I had to lay my son on the ground of the bathroom in order to change his diaper because there was no changing table. On top of that, my car sat in the bay (finished) for 20 minutes before I finally went out and asked if it was done, and of course it was. My appointment was at 10:30, and I didn't leave until 12:00.
