We purchased a beautiful used Toyota Sienna a couple weeks ago. We hadn't been able to get the overhead monitor for the DVD player to turn on. Big shout out to Arnold Valdez and Bert for doing us right and fixing the problem, today, NO CHARGE!! We love our van and now the kids are smiling too. I highly recommend doing business there.
Horrible dealership. Purchased a vehicle from the sales manager, Bert. It ended up having major mechanical issues that they were aware of. In regards to servicing, they offered no help but were able to get GM to pay a portion. The cost was just under $2000 out of my pocket, with tons of additional expenses including towing, trips to Moses Lake (we live in Tri-cities), hotel costs when we were stranded out of town, and many personal favors for things like rides until we finally received a loaner. Was told by two gentleman that my jeep "which I just bought" was scheduled to be repaired on Tuesday "today" so I went there to drop it off only to find out that they didn't make my appointment. Very unprofessional, had to make my own appointment.
I bought a ram 2500 in February it is now August, my brand new truck have been in there 10 times to have electrical problems fixed. These guys still cannot get my truck fixed they are using Chrysler customer care to help and still not solutions. They will not even get me a vehicle to use for the days that it is in there shop! And I have had to fight with them to try to get this problem resolved. Chrysler has denied to buy the truck back so now I have to hire a lawyer and fight them through the state lemon law. Worst dealership ever. Even by poor dealership standards. Avoid any Bud Clary or any dealerships affiliated with Bud Clary. I will never allow a friend to purchase a vehicle through these guys if I can help it.
Recently purchased a pre-owned Tundra which was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Dan and Patrick were patient and helpful and I got a great deal which made it a very positive experience. I'm VERY happy with my Tundra!
