Be ready to be oversold in services that are more limited than they make them seem. Working with the service department (6 major incidents over 4 years) is quite often a nightmare.
I'm so fed up with Bud Clary! I called them to make sure they would be able to work on my Dodge because it a dodge service center, get assured they have parts and can get it done for the best deal in town. 3 weeks later, waiting for parts and $2000 more than they quoted I still don't have a running car that's complete..... they said one thing then did the complete opposite. Loved my experience purchasing our Jeep at Bud Clary. Our salesperson Luisa provided us with a variety of choices along our request criteria without sales pressure. We were allowed the freedom to look & try the vehicles in our own way. Omar met our offer with respect, countered with explanations & negotiated for a price we were happy with. I took my Buick LaCrosse in yesterday for a noise in the rear. They were super busy but squeezed me in anyway. Turns out it was something simple.
