Typically service at bud clary!! I dropped my suburban off 30 mins before my scheduled appt, and it's now 2:45, and they haven't "really done anything to it"! This is typical for them though! Don't know why I would expect them to be any different this time!
Hands down the worst service Ive ever had. Will not go back and do not recommend their service to anyone.
I went in to get my seat reprogrammed and my ac/heater relearned the batteries were changed out and some how lost its memory. So I took it in and they told me it didn't need that it needed a new climate control head, actuators, and climate sensors (because he didn't know what he was doing). Also the seat needed to be replaced because it was "held on by zip ties". Well they stuck me with a $200+ bill for 2 hours of diag. Stay FAR AWAY from this dealership. They are unethical scumbags!!! They will screw an old retiree who's just lost his spouse coming and going to sell a used car with all kinds of problems $3000 over blue book retail. You'd think at that price they would have at least fixed all the problems with the car, but NO WAY. Buy somewhere else!
