I love the people at Buckminns!!! They are the most friendly bunch of people you'll meet. They have always gone out of their way to treat me right without me even asking . The guys in the service department are the best!
A hat was purchased from your establishment as a gift for Christmas. The hat was worn and it was rained on. The rain made the top of the hat fade. It looked as though it was speckled. The hat was returned today. The person at the counter accused us of putting something on the hat after they were told what happened. Drove from Columbus to buy both of our bikes from this dealership. Great customer service, treat you like family and know you by your first name. I also took my Harley Rider's academy class here and the instructors were wonderful.
