Their parts dept are fucking idiot's was on hold for a half hour while they looked up part for me finally at 7:05 because they close at 7 came back on and said you can not get that part. But the other harley dealer said they can order one in for me I see I well be calling for now on. Thanks for wasting time

My friend was recently asking for donations for the Relay for Life Race. Her 26 year old daughter is fighting for her life and even though she has a battle on her hands, all she wants to do is raise enough money for Cancer Research so maybe someone else won't have to suffer. Everyone at Buckminns is awesome. From the sale staff to the service department. I will recommend you all to all my friends. It was nice to be remembered. They really treat you like family.
Buckminn's absolutely rocks. I ordered the wrong parts, called them at 6:45pm, had what I needed in stock, waited on me to get there and then stopped by the bike to see if the new parts fit and if everything was okay. WOW!!!!!!!!! Hats off to Johnny Puckett. He knows how to take care of folks. Thanks again.
