I cant begin to tell you how good the staff is here from the clothing dept to service, came in yesterday with a voltage issue , service guy comes out immediately takes off seat and starts combing through possible issues , ended up being more than a loose connection and had to keep bike , so here i was waiting for a ride back home , walking around with nothing to do but wait , women in clothing were friendly, guys in sales were friendly, everyone in here greeted me and ask if i needed anything, not my first rodeo with this pl... read more
Been going back and forth between which model to buy since I sold my Softail late last season. Stopped in at Buckminn's a few weeks ago and owner and sales manager couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and low pressure. Got exactly what I wanted and now waiting for my new Road Glide to be shipped from the factory. Went back today to pick out some add-ons and young man at the parts counter was just as fantastic. Great experience!
