on aug 25, 2018 purchased an extended warranty. on Sept 6 had to have work preformed. bike was not listed as yet to have extended warranty. because the check buckminns sent to esp had not cleared yet, basically i had no warranty. buckminns told me to pay the whole amount for service work and request repayment if a week or two. I'm sorry you took my 2k on the 25th, told my my esp started that day. wouldn't step up and send payment to the dealership i took my bike to, that got my bike in and fixed in 2 days, when it would have... read more
Service has dropped big time. Don't address problems I bring it in for and it comes home with more...
I was told by Larry that he put a hold on a bike for me and he was putting a back rest on it and swapping out the seat. Two hours later the finance guy calls me and said not to waste my time bringing my trade down in the morning because someone came in and made a cash offer. I called and talked to the co owner he said if the bike was on hold it should have not been sold. He then got with Larry and Jamie and they told him the total opposite of what happened. I will never go there again.
The people at buckminns are awesome! Very helpful never felt pressured and were a pleasure to deal with!!
RecommendedLarry hooked me up with a 2015 Road King. Took it out to Colorado and experienced some great rides. It ran great all through the elevation changes.
