Shout out to Ronnie and the maintenance dogs at Buckminn's! Ronnie went the extra mile--literally--to locate a part that was on back order for my Ultra-Limited. He drove to Cinci personally to pick up the part. They saved the day and got me on the road on time for my summer road trip. I'm sitting in Charleston, SC (~680 miles) and I got here without any troubles--my scooter is running great. Thanks all!
