There service was excellent and the food decent, albeit overpriced. It's a unique experience to say the least. Like Casa Bonitas, you need to do it at least once.

My kind of rustic bar. I believe it is the number one liquor license in the state of Colorado. We had drinks and appetizers. We ordered Calamari which was excellent also the sirloin game tips which was sautéed mushrooms in a red wine sauce with scallions, beef, buffalo and elk. It looked excellent 2/3's the meat that was provided was tender. However 1/3 of the food was gristly and inedible. It was likely scraps from being trimmed off the meat for their steaks.
