Have been to this restaurant on several occasions but after hearing of the recent events, they will never get my business again! I am appalled that customers were treated in the manner that they were and would love nothing more than to see this make it to the newspapers and TV. With service like this, this restaurant will be shut down soon. You cannot run a business and treat customers with disrespect and expect to be successful!!! I will take my money to a restaurant that values it's customers...
Terrible service, unprofessional staff and management.
Wow! I guess that a scam they use. I wonder how they have manager that don't deal with the customer. I will never go back there after reading this. You would have been better renting a place and getting to food and drinks catered. There are some 5 star Chiefs in the Columbus area that really do a very good job. Customer Service is everything!

I wanted to try this restaurant but after reading such a horrible story. And different experiences I will never come!! People deserve respect at all times. It's 2014 an we still have to deal with foolishness like this..
