I must say that my family has been going to Bulkhead for years. We have always had excellent service and delicious food. That was until tonight. My husband and I were looking forward to an evening alone. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young lady who seated us. We proceeded to sit at our table for 15 minutes with no service, not even a glass of water. The table beside us was delivered food and the manager stopped by to check on them. Don't waste your time, or for that matter your money. Nobody will care or read this but the service is marginal at best. The food is a hoax- do yourself a favor and go buy a 20 dollar ribeye G the grocery store and cook it yourself. The "chefs" were outside hammering cigarettes being obnoxious as we were leaving. Never going back.
Great serviced and the food was en pointe. Outstanding in general, but the steak and pork chop were just worth every penny. Johnathan was an awesome server, and answered every single question we had. Thank you.

Needs to have 0 stars. Never have been to any restaurant with the total lack of service this place displayed this evening. Over an hour and a half wasted and never even saw our server. Cannot believe they have survived.
This is my third time here since December. Every time I come here, I am treated with great service and amazing food...and sweet tea that tastes like diabetes in a glass :)
Ladies night with good friends!! Great drinks, good appetizers and WONDERFUL cheesecake! Our server Jonathan was the bomb!!
