Servers had great personalities but service was very lacking. Steaks were too pink. Steaks came out without sides and we had to wait a long time for our sides and for our drinks. The bread came out when we were almost through and it was very hard. Granted there were 12 of us but even so, we were in a private room assigned two servers. I had not been to Buckhead in years; now that I've been several times in the past few months, I'm kicking myself for having waited so long. Each time I've been, the service has been excellent, from entree to drink recommendations, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and they even remember me and what I like. The menu is diverse for a steakhouse, and while the steaks are delicious (you'll not find better quality beef better prepared), stretching out and trying the pasta and fish is a treat. Overall we had a really good experience. The food was great and service was awesome too!! My silverware was very dirty like it hadn't even been washed but the server was very polite and prompt to bring me a clean set! Will visit again soon!

I visited the restaurant tonight with my wife to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. It was an awesome evening. Nadine doesn't usually eat steaks as often. And she loved the steak. Mine was amazing too. The service was personal as well as professional. We received our food, drank some really good wine, nobody rushed us, my wife was presented a desert, everything was amazing. My boyfriend and I are coming back for a date very soon. This is my favorite place to eat since I first came to the Columbus area last March. We've had outstanding service and the food is amazing. The house dressing ... YUM! Plus, you carry one of my favorite bottles of wine. We've been ever so fortunate to sit in front of the fireplace whenever we come in since our first time there (which we were terribly under dressed for because of walking Flat Rock Park but you still accommodated us). It makes it extra special for us.
We got there and there was 10 cars maybe in the parking lot. Walked in there was two guys that have been waiting for 15 mins and the old guy Mgr said it would be 20 mins before we could be sat Sat at the bar and the bar tender was just as sorry. Said it would be 20 mins before he could get to us. No food is worth that shit.
