Clean the apartments before you show them. And fire the rude customer service reps you have that answer the phones and refuse to allow you to speak to management.

lived in a buckeye house for nearly 2 yrs now. Normal ware and tare has occurred but they came out to fix it all. this yr they went out and bought gifts for my kids, I even got a gift and a gift card to help with Christmas. They went above and beyond!

I know people that are currently renting, and have rented in the past and have heard NOTHING BUT horror stories and how terrible the properties are! I wouldn't rent from these guys if they were the last realty company on earth! Unprofessional staff, and patchwork properties! Steer clear and save yourselves the headaches, stress, and disappointment! I hope the people I know can get away from these cesspool properties!
we are going through a pandemic. and I took out trash yesterday so I had 3 trash bags outside. I get a call while at work threating me to kick me out of my apt I have lived for 2 years. that I paid 1800 to move into. I don't get why they would not want to help there residents be not panicked in this horrible time. I suggest you live somewhere they will take care of you.
They are horrible at keeping in contact with their tenants and/or new renters. I have been through buckeye for over a year now and I just applied for a different one of their properties a week ago. I gave them $70 for our application fees and have called every and/or every other day to see if we have been approved and still received no call back and no information about our application. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Office girls are unhelpful, staff generally rude. Please take your business elsewhere.
they were supposed to have a showing for a property tonight and never showed! several of us were waiting a half an hour. I even gave the lady I talked to earlier, my name and number in case the property became unavailable which she stated wasn't likely. very unprofessional!
they are nice ppl they will work with you they always get stuff done no matter what best ppl so far to go thru
