Not sure if this will get anyones attention but.....state farm has had my phone number listed under one of their agency's for years now and everyone i have talked to keeps telling me to call this number call that number, your basic run around, pass the buck BS. Listed on the Pilsen illinois BBB site and they are about as much help as state farm!!!!!

I was with state farm for over 23 years and my agent ***** **********total screwed me over as well the headquarters. Her employee total ruins my policy and the headquarters did not care either. I paid every 6 months and it only took 10 days in June to screw up my policy. I tried to get the headquarters to help before I had to find insurance before the first of July but they did not care either. StateFarm. Were very unprofessional and lack of communication between the head office, the agent and client (me). I was a State Farm home-car client 1997-2010 without claims. I moved to Canada 10 years where I was a client of T* ******* ******** ********* for 10 years. No claims. I came back to the US in 2019, went back to StateFarm insurance for my car & home. I provided the State Farm agent with my good standings referreral letters from T* ******* ********* Canada. I paid my policies. Not one single speed or parking ticket... read more

I have been with state Farm almost 30 years and at no time have I ever had tickets and they claim me for two accidents one in 2016 which didnt happen and in 2019 someone hit my car while I was at target pharmacy. A lady wrote down the vehicle number, called police and police were able to review it at the store video. Despite this I was charged for the accident because I reported it to them . the cost was $2200 . Do Not choose this company! I had F*** ****** for approximately 14 years and never any issues. I then got a quote from a local agent in Seguin,Texas that saves me about $50 a month. The quote that I was given was contingent on plugging a tracker into my two vehicles (not interested) so the savings ended up being only $20 and I had already switched companies. On Oct 5th a insured by State Farms crossed over into my lane to get around a parked truck in his lane and his drivers door mirror hit my drivers door mirror. Their customer left the scene and I had to turn around to try to get him to pull over, which he did not after flashing my lights and beeping his horn. I called 911 and the *********Police Dept stayed on the line with me till he pulled over in a gas station. He got out and never came over to me, never checked his mirror that was just hanging there. BEWARE - This company is full of thieves, beware. Mine was a business insurance policy, basically the agency kept telling me they are checking with underwriting, they are checking for months. Never confirming I have coverage. I go to another insurance company, then I get invoiced. When I refuse to pay-they have sent my invoice directly to collections.

I spoke to Matt from the IRA department today and I had the worst experience with the most incompetent agent I've ever dealt with. I also spoke with three other agents (two ladies and one gentleman) and I had no issues with them at all except for Matt. Matt was not knowledgeable about his job, and when I questioned his ability, he lied and then perceived to hang up on me.
