As a former employee, I concur with Ms. Brand and Ms. Bonner. There is total lack of complete interest in the clients' injuries and the focus seems to be moreso on how quickly a case can be resolved and how much money Mr. Buck can get in his bank account and pockets. The work environment is quite hostile and rather than cheerfully greeting his employees upon arrival at the office, it's more of a "Why are files sitting, sitting, sitting?" Files are not sitting.
